"Love you" became a key phrase in the vocabulary
of dolls. Even when speaking their native tongue,
they incorporated this phrase much in the same
way an English speaker may use foriegn idioms.
What exactly it meant to the dolls isn't exactly
clear. While it's likely that at least one of
its meanings roughly equated our own, when
examining transcripts and recordings, it
crops up a lot more often than any singular
meaning would. It was used in many contexts,
be it as an expression of glee or
even an apparent threat.
